Strong NNE winds producing choppy, sectioned waves in the chest high range at this time. Looks as though the wind will switch around sometime in the middle of the night. Stay home, rest up, watch the Pipe Masters contest, and check with us first thing in the morning to see how it unfolds.
Outer Banks, NC
Welcome and Thank you for visiting OBXlivesurf.com
We are so excited and honored to be able to launch a live surfing website here in our backyard! We have been so blessed to call the Outer Banks home. We love this community and are grateful to have the opportunity to surf some of the best breaks on the east coast. I fell in love with surfing at the age of 12. Since then surfing has been a integral part of my life and now I get to share that with my family. We look forward to serving this community in providing a great website with all the surfing information they could want and need.
We will be checking the waves in person and updating the site with photos daily. We are dedicated to working hard to provide consistent and accurate surf reports. We hope you enjoy this site. Please feel free to make OBXlivesurf.com your home page and share the site with all of your friends.
Enjoy the site and catch some waves!
